We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, hard working Veterinary Receptionist to join our A+ team. The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
* Greeting clients and Pets
* Data entry
* Filing
* Answering phones
* Appointment scheduling
* Checking patients out (Must be able to make change)
* Make follow up phone calls
* Other basic reception duties Skills / Requirements * Handle multiple phone lines
* Transact payments for services
* Friendly, personable attitude
* A strong work ethic is a must!!
* Must be able to work well under pressure and multitask efficiently
* Must demonstrate ability to readily acquire veterinary medicine specific knowledge essential to performing job at the highest level
* Good aptitude for working with computers
* You must have personality with a smile
* As a receptionist you are the first impression!
* You must love people and pets
* You must be mature, friendly, outgoing, and you must be able to multitask
