Fun, full service, AAHA accredited veterinary hospital is seeking a FT upbeat, energetic, outgoing receptionist to cater to our clients at the front desk. Prior experience in veterinary reception preferred, but we will happily train the right personality. This position requires 35 hours during the week and Saturday hours from 7am-12pm. |

Part Time Position. Approximately 25 hours per week. Afternoon Shifts and some weekends
Duties include: Greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling all appointments for the clinic, assisting the doctor, filing, general cleaning of office, enforcing company policies, answering clients' questions. We are looking for someone who is high energy, efficient, flexible, friendly, confident, a fast learner, and most importantly posses excellent customer service skills.
