Experienced Veterinary Receptionist, Louisville Veterinary Specialty and Emergency
Full and Part time positions are available for qualified Veterinary Receptionists.
We have 1st shift part time (8a-4p)and 2nd shift full time(4p-12a) positions available! Weekends will be a requirement for either shift.
About Us:
We are a fast paced 24 hour Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Hospital, and we currently have positions open on each shift for experienced veterinary receptionists.
Job Description:
We are searching for friendly, outgoing, motivated people to join us in our quest to provide the highest quality care for the animals in our community.
Job duties will include, but not limited to;
  • Answering multi phone lines,
  • Assisting clients
  • Computer data entry
  • Copying, Filing, Light Cleaning, Stocking etc.
Requirements:
  • Understanding day to day veterinary terminology is a necessity, and good customer services skills are a requirement.
  • Veterinary experience is required.
