Lincolnshire Animal Hospital is seeking a full time experienced veterinary receptionist for our fast paced office. Must be able to multi task. Hourly wage based upon veterinary experience. Hours are Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri. 8am-6pm and alternating Saturdays 8am-12pm. No phone calls. Duties include: - Welcoming/greeting clients as they arrive for appointments
- Answering the phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments.
- Filing, updating patient paper and computerized records, and other general office duties
